Accounts Assistant

We are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant

Previous experience is required for this position. This can include:

  • A Level or equivalent in Maths, Business, Economics or similar
  • Experience in finance
  • AAT

Good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel including formulas etc is essential

Sage accounts experience is helpful but not essential.

Further training will be offered to the right candidate in order to progress their career within our finance function.

The role of accounts assistant involves but is not limited to:

  • Purchase ledger work
  • Entering invoices
  • Dealing with queries
  • Assisting with wages preparation
  • Generating and analysing reports
  • General office duties
  • Supporting management accountant

Ideal person must be:

  • Computer literate
  • Good timekeeper
  • Inquisitive
  • Good communicator
  • Have good attention for detail and accuracy
  • Hardworking

This role will be based in our head office in St. Martins

Salary will depend on experience
