Position: Hire Desk Controller
Location: Earthmover House, St Martins, Oswestry, Shropshire, SY11 3PZ
Employment: Full time (Monday – Friday)

- Full time
- 7:30am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 12:00pm Saturday (1in3)
Role responsibility & duties
- Taking incoming calls from customers for hires
- Creating & managing hire contracts
- Obtaining & collating information related to hires
- Keeping records of enquiries up-to-date & chasing up promising leads
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience dealing directly with customers in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills including, particularly with outlook & Excel
- Strong record keeping & organisation
