Our dust suppression system is a 3 part platform that can be hired together or separately as desired. This includes a sweeper with spray bar, a dust suppression bowser and a powerful telehandler to ensure accurate coverage of the site.

1. Sweeper
First the yard is swept using our sweeper to gather the thickest debris. The leading spray bar ensures extra dust is not released into the air as the sweeper passes.

2. Dust Suppression Bowser
The dust suppression bowser with spray nozzle releases droplets of water into the air which catches airborne dust particles and settles them to the ground. The water also wets the yard to ensure dust stays there instead of blowing in the air.

3. Powerful Telehandler
The JCB 540-140 is the perfect machine to drive the system, powerful and easy to use the 540-140 contains all the relevant hoses and attachments to complete the Ridgway Dust Suppression System.
