Our Xwatch Height Restriction System provides a simple yet highly effective solution to prevent machines from striking overhead hazards such as power lines or structures. Operators can set precise height limits, ensuring the boom or arm cannot move beyond a safe, pre-determined level — perfect for confined or high-risk working environments.
The Xwatch Slew Restriction System offers similar protection by controlling the rotational movement of the machine. By setting slew limits, operators can prevent the machine from entering restricted zones, protecting surrounding workers, property, and infrastructure. This is especially valuable on busy or space-restricted job sites.
Our 3D GPS Avoidance Zone Systems use GPS technology to define and monitor exclusion zones around the site. These systems provide operators with real-time feedback, helping to prevent the machine from moving into areas identified as unsafe or restricted. This not only increases safety but also helps improve site efficiency and compliance with project requirements.
Finally, our Human Form Recognition Cameras take safety to the next level by using advanced AI technology to detect human shapes around operating machinery. When a person enters a defined danger zone, the system automatically alerts the operator, reducing the risk of contact incidents and improving overall site awareness.
