We have reached new heights at Ridgway Rentals by adding the option of an excavator with elevating cab to our fleet.
This year we added 3 Komatsu PC210LCD-11 crawler excavators with elevating cabs and they have proved to work extremely well even in very rigorous conditions!

These 3 specialist machines have gone out on long term contract hire to a wood recycling customer. They needed these specific additions to an excavator to carry out various tasks on their sites including loading wood waste into shredding machines.
The conversion of these standard PC210LCD-11’s into high rise cabs was carried out in partnership with Kocurek
Reversing fan & wide core radiator
The hydraulically elevating cabs dramatically improve the operator’s vision on waste and recycling sites and also ensure more efficient material handling.
Further customisation included a new reversing fan and a wide core radiator to maximise the machine uptime while operating in a very dusty environment.
These converted Komatsu excavators are perfect for the waste & recycling industry, they are fitted with material handling equipment that can compact, grab, sort and handle plus has the extra vision for loading high-sided containers.
